Easy frozen yogurt bark topped with mixed berries and optional pecans and granola.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt (or flavored yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup agave
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of salt
  • Strawberries, sliced

  • Finely chopped pecans (optional)
  • Granola (optional)

  1. Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, agave, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, creating a thin layer.
  4. Top the yogurt with sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans and granola.
  5. Freeze the yogurt bark for 2-3 hours, or until completely firm.
  6. Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer and break the yogurt bark into pieces.
  7. Serve immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for later.
