Description
Easy frozen yogurt bark topped with mixed berries and optional pecans and granola.
Ingredients

- 2 cups nonfat plain yogurt (or flavored yogurt)
- 1/4 cup agave
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of salt
- Strawberries, sliced
- Blueberries
- Raspberries
- Finely chopped pecans (optional)
- Granola (optional)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with wax paper and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, agave, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and salt until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet, creating a thin layer.
- Top the yogurt with sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped pecans and granola.
- Freeze the yogurt bark for 2-3 hours, or until completely firm.
- Once frozen, remove the baking sheet from the freezer and break the yogurt bark into pieces.
- Serve immediately or store the pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for later.
