Description
Pre-cooked cocktail sausages wrapped in croissant dough and baked until golden for a simple party appetizer.

- 1 refrigerated can of croissant dough (12 croissants)
- 24 pre-cooked cocktail sausages
- 1?2 eggs, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp poppy seeds (for sprinkling)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the croissant dough package, usually around 350?F (175?C).
- Open the can of croissant dough and unroll it.
- Cut along the perforated lines of the dough triangles to make 24 smaller triangles.
- Place a sausage at the wide end of a small triangle and roll the dough around the sausage; repeat with remaining sausages and dough.
- Place the wrapped sausages on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between them.
- Beat the eggs in a small bowl and brush each wrapped sausage with the egg wash.
- Sprinkle poppy seeds over the top of the wrapped sausages.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15?18 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your choice of dipping sauces.
