Description

Savory crescent rolls filled with cream cheese, bacon, ranch seasoning, cheddar, and dill pickle.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 crescent rolls
  • 2 whole dill pickles, quartered
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked crispy and chopped
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning
  • 1/3 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350?F.
  2. Prepare pickles by slicing into quarters and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cooked bacon, shredded cheddar and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  4. Lay out crescent rolls and spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture starting from the larger end.
  5. Place a pickle spear on the larger end of each crescent roll and roll up completely.
  6. Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  7. Bake for 13-15 minutes until the tops are golden brown.
  8. Remove from oven, transfer off the baking sheet to stop the bottoms from cooking, and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
