- 2 cups sliced or whole frozen strawberries (or raspberries)
- ? – ? cup milk of your choice (canned coconut milk recommended)
- 1–2 teaspoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice
- Tiny pinch of salt (Redmond’s salt recommended)
- Optional: 2 teaspoons honey
Instructions
- In a high-powered blender, combine the frozen strawberries, lemon juice, milk, salt, and honey (if using).
- Blend on low for a few minutes, stopping occasionally to mix or adjust the berries as needed for smooth blending.
- Continue blending until the mixture is fully combined and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into a cup or use a frosting bag to pipe it into cups for a fun presentation; enjoy immediately.
