Layered lasagna made with instant ramen noodles, ricotta, pasta sauce, and cheeses.

- 1 Instant Ramen noodle packet (broken in half through the middle to make 2 sheets; seasoning packet discarded)
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese (divided between layers)
- 1 cup pasta sauce (divided between layers)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided between layers)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided between layers)
- Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375?F (190?C).
- Break ramen noodle block in half through the middle to create two noodle sheets.
- Place one ramen sheet in the bottom of an oven-safe dish.
- Top with 1/4 cup ricotta, 1/2 cup pasta sauce, half of the Parmesan, and 1/2 cup mozzarella.
- Stack the second ramen sheet on top and repeat with the remaining ricotta, pasta sauce, Parmesan, and mozzarella.
- Bake 35?40 minutes or until hot and the center is fully cooked.
- Top with chopped fresh parsley and red pepper flakes if desired, then serve.
