Creamy spiced pear smoothie with almond milk, coconut yogurt, oats, dates and warming spices.

- 1 large pear, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tablespoon raw almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (or 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Grated nutmeg (for garnish)
Instructions
- Core and roughly chop the pear.
- If using fresh ginger, grate it finely.
- Add all ingredients, except for the grated nutmeg, into a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the smoothie into a large glass and garnish with a sprinkle of freshly grated nutmeg on top.
- Serve and enjoy this cozy autumn drink!
